Immediately submit an OPREP-3 Serious Incident
Report (SIR) in accordance with MCO 3504.2A for ALL allegations, even prior to service reports and prior to service allegations, incidents involving civilian victims and Marine offenders, and reports converted from Restricted to Unrestricted [MCO1752.5c]

STEP 3

Notify the SARC of the date and time submitted

STEP 4

Notify CG and next O6 command within 24 hours of allegation

STEP 5

Do not initiate a command investigation

STEP 6

Complete the SAPR 8-Day Incident in SharePoint
