The definition of reportable sexual assault under Article 120, UCMJ: A reportable sexual assault includes any allegation of a sexual act or intentional sexual contact (direct or through-clothing touching of genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh, or buttocks with sexual or abusive intent) committed by force, threat, fraud, or without freely given consent, including when the person was asleep, unconscious, impaired, or otherwise incapable of consenting.

An ET can be granted for either PCS or PCA
Initial Commander decision required within 5 calendar days of submission of the request
If the request is disapproved, the victim may request review by the first GO/FO. The GO/FO must respond back to the victim with 5 calendar days of the review request.
After approval, PCS should be completed with 30 calendar days from the date the transfer is approved
PCA transfers should be completed within one week from the date the transfer is approved
